Unconditional deed of sale of a piece of property in or near Toledo, Spain (apparently a small vineyard and grove), inherited by the Díaz sisters and Pedro de Huendas from their mother, to Pedro and Mari Nuñez; and acknowledgement of receipt of 40,000 maravedís in payment. Notarized, witnessed, and dated December 31, 1481. Imperfect: some leaves appear to be missing or out of order.
